  • COURSE DESCRIPTION: In Astronomy 101 you will learn to identify the brightest stars and constellations in the Northern Hemisphere, tell time by the stars, figure out your latitude and longitude (coordinates on the earth), and even learn how to determine the YEAR (known as the EPOCH) from the change in the star patterns at different seasons.
